Ladarius Green not considering retirement
Tight end Ladarius Green who in the fall was reportedly mulling retirement due to on-going headaches, said today he had hoped to play in the Super Bowl and is not considering retirement.
Green, 26, appeared in just six games, producing 18 catches for 304 yards and 1 touchdown. He is due a $5 million base salary in 2017 with a $6.187 million cap hit. Releasing Green would save the Steelers only $2.625 million against the cap.

Conor Sheary named NHL’s First Star of the Week
Penguins Conor Sheary (17 Goals – 17 Assists – 34 Points) with a league-best 6 goals and 9 points for the week of 1/16 – 1/22, was named the NHL’s First Star of the Week.
Sheary with 17 goals and 34 points on the season, is on pace for 33 goals.
