A.J. Burnett has been activated off the disabled list and will make his Pirates debut tonight against the St. Louis Cardinals. Burnett was expected to make one more rehab start tonight with Altoona Curve but starter Kevin Correia has been scratched due to discomfort in his side. Therefore, Burnett will get the start tonight against the Cardinals. The 5-8 Pirates are coming off a 4-1 loss to St. Louis last night.
