Cap Situation for one-way and two-way Players
With the Arron Asham signing, the Penguins have around $6.5 million in cap space.
The Penguins have approximately $57.791 million committed to 19 players for the 2011-2012 season.
Mike Rupp, Max Talbot will test free agency. Rupp recently rejected a two year offer, which led to the Penguins moving on to Arron Asham.
Meanwhile, the team believes it might closing in on a new deal with Tyler Kennedy and have an offer on the table to Jaromir Jagr.
