Agent: Penguins will make offer in "next" few hours

Agent says all offers need to be in.

Agent Petr Svoboda and Pens GM Ray Shero spoke this morning and held more discussions this afternoon, as the Jagr situation is heating up and coming close to reaching a resolution

As of 4:00 p.m., the Penguins have not made an offer but the Penguins will be officially in the mix by the end of the night.

"They {Pittsburgh} will be making an offer, " Svoboda told Inside Pittsburgh Sports via phone, when pressed about whether the Penguins have informed him that an offer will be coming. "Everybody's getting to point, where all offers need to be in {by this evening}, " Svoboda said.
