Agent says all offers need to be in.
Agent Petr Svoboda and Pens GM Ray Shero spoke this morning and held more discussions this afternoon, as the Jagr situation is heating up and coming close to reaching a resolution
As of 4:00 p.m., the Penguins have not made an offer but the Penguins will be officially in the mix by the end of the night.
“They {Pittsburgh} will be making an offer, ” Svoboda told Inside Pittsburgh Sports via phone, when pressed about whether the Penguins have informed him that an offer will be coming. “Everybody’s getting to point, where all offers need to be in {by this evening}, ” Svoboda said.

Svoboda and Jagr expect to discuss each teams offers this evening and a decision could be made tomorrow.
Last week, Svoboda said a decision would not be made until July 1 but he has changed his tune this week.
The Detroit Red Wings and Montreal Canadiens remain in the mix.
“Basically, some progress was made today but nothing concrete, ” Svoboda said, on the status of talks with interested teams.
