Chiefs fire Herm Edwards; Shanahan, Chan Gailey on Chiefs radar

The Kansas City Chiefs have fired head coach Herm Edwards who went 2-14 this season. Edwards had one year remaining on the original four year – $12 million deal he signed. According to a report on ESPN, former Denver Broncos coach Mike Shanahan may be in line to replace him. It is also believed that Chan Gailey is also on the Chiefs radar if talks with Shanahan fall apart.
