Per Jeff Marek of Sportsnet, Former NHL coach and GM Doug McLean said moments ago on Hockey Central that he interviewed for the Penguins head coaching job. MacLean has not coached since 2003-2004.
MacLean has a career coaching record of 107-114-41 in stints with Florida and Columbus.
He will not be getting the job.
