The Philadelphia Eagles announced this evening the signing of center A.Q. Shipley. Shipley, who earned earned All-America honors as a senior in 2008 at Penn State, was the Steelers 7th round pick in 2009.
Shipley declined an offer from the Steelers last week, after spending the entire season on the practice squad.
