PITTSBURGH — The Penguins are 3-0 in the preseason but have faced AHL type of lineups for the most part in all three contests, aside from the Red Wings dressing the likes of Pavel Datsyuk, Jimmy Howard in the preseason opener.
Tonight the Penguins and Los Angeles Kings face-off in Kansas City and the Penguins will see their first NHL type of lineup of the preseason in a good tuneup for the team.

Notables upfront, the Kings will dress Mike Richards, Justin Williams, Dustin Penner, Dustin Brown, Jarret Stoll, Trent Hunter, Kyle Clifford. On the blueline, Jack Johnson, Matt Greene and Rob Scuderi will be in the lineup. Jonathan Quick is expected to start in goal.
The Penguins will also be taking a strong lineup to Kansas City.
Forwards: Evgeni Malkin, James Neal, Chris Kunitz, Tyler Kennedy, Jordan Staal, Nick Johnson, Mark Letestu, Craig Adams, Richard Park, Joe Vitale, Eric Tangradi, Steve MacIntyre
Defensemen: Paul Martin, Deryk Engelland, Ben Lovejoy, Matt Niskanen, Joe Morrow, Brian Strait, Scott Harrington. (Pens currently have 7 defensemen listed who will make the trip)
Goaltenders: Marc Andre Fleury (expected to start), Brad Thieseen.
The Penguins are having a normal morning skate at Consol (10:30 a.m.) before departing for Kansas City this afternoon. Will post lines in a bit.
