The San Francisco Giants have acquired Ryan Garko from the Cleveland Indians according to Ed Price.. Garko, 28, is hitting .285 with 11 home runs and 39 RBI's.
Whether the acquisition of Garko puts the Giants out of the running for Sanchez remains to be seen. As we reported this afternoon, talks with the Giants are at an impasse.
