@ Deesh - I see what your saying about them even bothering with Seymour but that's the Raiders, don't try to figure them out. Seymour should be added to a team that thinks they have a chance but no one understands how Al Davis operates. As far as franchise numbers go Seymour is a DE and he'll get $12.398m and Hampton is a DT and he'll get $7.003m if he is indeed tagged. I personally think the tag will still happen since the deadline is so close then work out a deal IMO.

@ Jeffed- I was under the impression that the Raiders were a 4-3 team, with Seymour being a DT in their system. I'm aware that he was a DE in New England, but he was drafted out of Georgia as a 4-3 DT (alongside Marcus Stroud) so I figured he would revert back to that in another 4-3 system. Therefore making him a DT like Hampton. It's my bad if he actually played DE in the Raider's 4-3 defense.
