Harrison’s 14 game hitting streak a career high

- Josh Harrison extended his hitting streak to a career high 14 games in Friday’s 3-1 win over the Reds. Harrison went 1-4 with a run scored. Harrison, though, saw Justin Morneau (.319) regain the NL batting lead after Morneau went 2-3 with a 2-run homer on Friday. Harrison making $513,000 this season has been one of baseballs best bargains.
