letang
  • Kris Letang looks to be in top form with his skating and offensive ability. Letang had a goal, assist and 4 shots vs the Flyers, giving him 1 goal, 2 assists in two games since returning to the lineup. “Pretty awesome to see him back in there at that level,” head coach Dan Bylsma said. “Certainly a big part of our team.” While Letang looking to be in top form offensively already going into the playoffs is a big positive, how good Letang plays in his own end is likely going to be the most critical aspect of his game. Thus far, he’s been so-so. Letang has been on the ice for 5 goals against in two games, including being on the ice for 3 goals against vs the Flyers. When you factor in his defensive play prior to the stroke, this is probably what we’re going to see from Letang from here on out. Impact offensively, up and down play in his own end.
