Matt Murray ruled out of AHL All-Star Game

Top prospect Matthew Murray has been ruled out of AHL All-Star game due to injury. Murray will miss Wilkes Barre’s final two games before the break.

The Penguins believe the injury is a short-term one. Murray is 16-8-0 with a 1.97 goals-against average, .933 save percentage and 4 shutouts. With Derrick Pouliot ineligible for the All-Star game due to his NHL recall, Dominik Simon will be the Baby Penguins lone representative if he’s healthy enough to play.
