A testy Mike Tomlin declined multiple times to say whether Todd Haley would be back next season and most telling from Tomlin was when he was asked if he felt Haley and the offense did a good job this season…..
Tomlin had every opportunity to say ‘yes’ and he even had no comment to that.
The expectation for weeks in team circles [hide] is that Haley will not be brought back and Tomlin failing to endorse Haley further backs that speculation.
In typical Ben Roethlisberger fashion, the franchise QB tried to downplay his sour relationship with Haley.
“I think that the important thing is we’ve got a really good group here, that includes coaches and players, a special group,” Roethlisberger said during his weekly radio show on 937 The Fan. “The least amount of change, the better. That goes for players, coaches and everything…..we don’t want big changes. We’re right there. We’re on the cusp.”
These comments were so Ben who likely knows Haley isn’t coming back. [/hide]
Tomlin should fire himself he consistently makes these in game blunders…He is a cheer leader type coach, a leader of men, motivational, certainly not an X and o’s coach
As I once said DB 2.0 he is
Both of which are better than Therrien.. they have at least won something
That’s true, that is so Ben.
Did Tomlin decline to endorse himself? Big Overrated’s comment suggests he doesn’t get it. Time to start throwing people under the bus.
While it won’t happen…they all need fired.
