Pirates deal for Archer
The Pittsburgh Pirares have agreed to a deal for Tampa Bay Rays starter Chris Archer.
It’s the second significant move for the present and future by Pirates GM Neal Huntington in the last 24 hours.
In the deal the Pirates will send Austin Meadows, Tyler Glasnow and a player to be named later to the Rays.

Yes, NH deserves kudos for these two trades (and Dickerson); now if he just can dump SRod.
Was a great trade, whether it works out or not, finally “tried”. So was the Kela trade. But, the question is, hasn’t been an article in weeks, nothing. No updates, no nothing. No rumors, nothing. But yes…you, meaning D, want paid for this? I know I’m gone for sure, gotten worse and worse and nothing’s done about it except collecting money.
