The Pittsburgh Steelers today officially signed WR Johnny Holton to their practice squad.
Holton who made a strong bid to make the roster, had seven receptions for 167 yards and a touchdown in the preseason. He also had four kickoff returns for 81 yards but Holton’s presence as a special teams gunner gave him a chance the make the roster and helped land him a spot on the practice squad for now.
