A day after looking like a lunatic again on social media, Antonio Brown had his meeting with Art Rooney II and the Steelers brass this morning. Both sides, as expected, have agreed to move on.
This coming from Brown himself.
Had a great meeting with Mr.Rooney today we discussed a lot of things and we cleared the air on several issues! We both agreed that it is time to move on but I’ll always have appreciation and gratitude towards the Rooney family and @steelers organization! #CallGod #Boomin pic.twitter.com/DEgURchvhW

Whether he gets released or traded in March, the Steelers have been 100% done with Antonio Brown for a few weeks now. This meeting wasn’t going to change that. The decision to move on had already been made and the Steelers meeting with Antonio Brown today only enhanced their view that the man is bat-shit crazy as one source indicated. While a rift with Ben Roethlisberger has been overblown by Brown himself just because, among the things from the meeting that Brown wanted to get off his chest.
Brown never felt respected by the organization, wants to carry his own team, and informed the Steelers he would never play another down in Pittsburgh as long as Mike Tomlin was the coach, among other things. The ultimate goal continues to get released. The crazier he continues to portray himself has, Brown seeking new guaranteed money may get that wish.
Antonio Brown met today with Art Rooney, per source. Then Brown’s agent Drew Rosenhaus joined the meeting, as did Steelers’ GM Kevin Colbert and exec Omar Kahn. Meeting was cordial and “everyone agreed the trade will be for the best,” per source.
