James Neal first Penguin winger to post 70 point season since Kovalev in 01-02

James Neal’s four point Tuesday night against the Winnipeg Jets took him over the 70 point mark on the season, becoming the first Penguin winger to record 70 points since Alexei Kovalev collected 76 points in 67 games during the 2001-2002 season. Neal who has 35 goals and 72 points on the year, currently ranks (NHL) 4th in goals, 9th in points, tied for 1st in power play goals and 2nd in shots with 293.
