Wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery is closing in on a decision on where to sign. NFL Insider Ed Werder reports Cotchery right now is leaning towards joining the Carolina Panthers. “Close to a decision and right now leaning toward joining the #Panthers,” Werder said minutes ago on Sportscenter.  Cotchery is believed to be seeking $3 million per season.
