Insider Only Draft speculation: Jets shopping starting left guard Alan Faneca

Jets to waive Faneca following the draft?

The New York Jets are reportedly actively shopping starting left guard Alan Faneca, according to former NFL executive Michael Lombardi.
Lombardi reports that Faneca will be waived after the draft, if the Jets are unable to find a suitor.
Faneca, 34, signed a four-year, $32 million deal that included roughly $23 million in guaranteed money in 2008.
He is due $7.5 million in 2010 and starting showing signs of age in 2009, struggling in pass blocking situations.
