The NFL approved rule changes for kickoffs and instant replay today at the NFL owner meetings in New Orleans.
Under the new kickoff rules, the kickoff starting point will be moved up to the 35-yard line {previously started at 30-yard line}.
Touchbacks will still go out to the 20-yard line and the two-man wedge remains in place. However, players have to line up 5-yards away from the 35-yard line on kickoffs and are no longer allowed to get a running start.
Under the new instant replay rules, all scoring plays will be reviewed, and coaches can keep their third instant replay challenge.
