Insider Only Martavis Bryant suffers AC sprain to right shoulder

  • Wide receiver Martavis Bryant went down with a right shoulder injury in Thursday night’s 10-0 loss to the Carolina Panthers. Head coach Mike Tomlin called the injury an AC sprain to the right shoulder. If the injury were to knock Bryant out at least 3-4 weeks, he could be a candidate to be placed on injured reserve with a designation to return after week 8. “All options are on the table,” head coach Mike Tomlin said of injured players Martavis Bryant, Brice McCain. McCain suffered a groin injury in the loss.
