Florida Marlins lf/2bChris Coghlan was named the National League Rookie of the year this afternoon.
Coghlan received 105 points and 17 of 32 first place votes.
Pirates center fielder Andrew McCutchen finished 4th in voting. McCutchen received 25 points.
McCutchen, 23, batted .286 with 12 home runs and 54 RBI's in 108 played. McCutchen also added 22 stolen bases and 26 doubles.
Pirates outfielder/1B Garrett Jones finished seventh in voting.
