Indians rally for 3-2 win

Trailing 2-0 entering the seventh inning, the Indians took advantage of a Louisville miscue to even the score on a pinch hit double by Jeff Clement and RBI groundout by center fielder Alex Presley, before left fielder John Bowker (3-for-4, HR) blasted Indianapolis to victory with a solo home run to lead off the eighth as the Tribe took down the Bats 3-2 on Friday night at Louisville Slugger Field. — Alex Presley was 0-for-4 with RBI and walk in the win. Presley is 1-for-10 in three rehab games, one with Indianapolis.
— Jose Tabata went 1-for-3 with a walk. Tabata is hitting .333 (8-for-24) with 4 doubles and one run scored in seven rehab games. Barring a setback, the Pirates expect to recall him for the start of the Cardinals series.
— Chase d’Arnaud was 0-for-4 with 3 strikeouts.
