There is word that Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Ian Snell may be traded to Colorado as the two teams have held talks in the past few days.
The Texas Rangers have also made an inquiry

His best couple of years came in 06 and 07 when Tracy was manager, maybe they're trying to rekindle that in Colorado...
