Updated: 7/29/09: Pirates GM Neal Huntington has indicated it is "very likely" that outfielder Lastings Milledge will be called up before Friday's game against Washington.
Milledge is hitting .339 in 16 games for Class AAA Indianapolis.

Outfielder Lastings Milledge will be in a Pirates uniform within the week, if not sooner.
Milledge has hit .448 (13-for-29) with three runs, five RBI, four walks, one stolen base and two hit-by-pitches in his last eight games for Class AAA Indy and is batting .400 for the season (10 games).
The speedy outfielder has reached base in 16 of his last 26 trips to the plate and has recorded five multi-hit performances in his last eight games, including four consecutive contests from July 12 through July 18.
