Wide receiver Alex Kenney of State College, Pa., has given Penn State a verbal commitment for the 2010 season. The 6-foot-0, 185-pound wide out had over 10 offers, including one from Pitt.
Kenney becomes the 13th commitment (2010) for Penn State and their 7th top 150 recruit.
Kenney is regarded as a 4-star recruit.
