Pitt sophomore running back Shariff Harris has been suspended for two weeks due to disciplinary reasons.
Harris was battling Chris Burns and freshman Dion Lewis for the starting tailback position.
After a number of practices and one scrimmage Lewis is the leading candidate to win the starting job.
