Since free agency began, the agent for Byron Leftwich has been trying to gauge interest from the Washington Redskins. Leftwich has a strong desire to play in his home-town and believes he can beat out Jason Campbell.
Leftwich may get his wish as the Washington Post reports, Leftwich met with Redskins representatives on Friday.
