With four days until free agency begins, all signs point to Nate Washington testing the free agent market. The Tribune-Review reported on Sunday that the Steelers have yet to reach out to Washington’s agent Thomas Tafelski. The two sides spoke briefly at the Super Bowl according to the report.

It’s believed the plan with Washington was to let both sides explore there options and see what’s out there. There’s been speculation that the Steelers are only willing to offer a two year deal worth $5-$6 million.
