The Pittsburgh Steelers filled their final spot on their practice squad, signing cornerback Tuff Harris. Harris was released by the Tennessee Titans on Saturday.
Harris, 6-0, 200lbs, appeared in 6 games for the Titans last season after playing for the Miami Dolphins in 2007.
