Saku Koivu has joined close friend Teemu Selanne, signing a one year deal worth $3.25 million with the Anaheim Ducks.
Koivu turned down multi-year offers from the Wild, Rangers and Devils.
The acquisition of Koivu bolsters the Ducks top two lines and give them a legitimate #2 center behind Ryan Getzlaf.
