The Pitt Panthers football team announced this afternoon that the team has dismissed defensive back Elijah Fields.
Fields who would have been a fifth-year senior next season, has been known for being a trouble maker off the field as he sat out the 2007 season after being suspended by the coaching staff for violating team rules.
