- Winger Pascal Dupuis will make his preseason debut tonight vs the Minnesota Wild, last playing a game about nine months ago. Dupuis said after practice today the key for him is getting his timing back. “Anxious excited. Obviously haven’t played in a while,” Dupuis said. “The rehab, all that sort of thing, glad that’s behind me. Game No. 1. Feel great. Feel normal as I would this time of year. Right now it’s all about timing….. Knee wise it’s 100%.” After lots of rumblings leading into camp of the Penguins planning to play Dupuis with Evgeni Malkin, Dupuis is expected to start the year on Sidney Crosby’s right wing.
