Patriots Make Offer Sheet to Sanders
The New England Patriots have officially submitted an offer sheet to restricted free agent Emmanuel Sanders, Jason LaCanfora reports. Sanders is expected to sign the one year offer sheet and the Steelers will have five days to match or receive a third round pick.
