The Pittsburgh Penguins announced early this morning that the team has re-assigned forwards Nick Johnson and Chris Conner to Wilkes Barre/Scranton.
Conner, who was recalled Monday, scored two goals, including the game winning tally, leading the Penguins to a 4-2 victory over the New York Rangers.
Nick Johnson saw action in three games with Pittsburgh, playing a role on the second line with Evgeni Malkin and Ruslan Fedotenko.
Johnson made his NHL debut, and scored his first career goal, against Washington on January 21.
