The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled Nick Johnson this morning as Tyler Kennedy and Eric Godard will not play tonight.
Johnson, 24, has played three games for Pittsburgh this season. He made his NHL debut and scored his first career goal against the Washington Capitals Jan. 21.
Johnson has been a regular on Evgeni Malkin’s line the past three games.
Johnson (6-foot-2, 202 pounds) is in his second full season with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and ranks fifth (tied) on the club with 22 points (7G-15A) in 27 contests.
