Penguins sign Talbot to a two year extension

The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed forward Maxime Talbot to a two-year contract through 2010-11 season, it was announced today by Executive Vice President and General Manager Ray Shero.
Talbot will earn $1.05 million per season in 2009-2010 and 2010-2011.
The Penguins have also re-assigned Ryan Whitney to WBS for a short conditioning assignment. Whitney is projected to return to the Penguins lineup Tuesday December 23rd against the Tampa Bay Lightning
Wilkes Barre/Scranton’s game for Friday night vs Hershey has been cancelled due to snow.
Based on practice today the lines for tomorrow’s game could look like this
Taffe – Crosby – Satan
Fedotenko – Malkin – Sykora
Cooke – Staal – Wallace
Stone – *Talbot – Godard
Max Talbot did go through a full practice and is expected to play. Pascal Dupuis did not practice.
