Insider Only Pens confirm Staal out 4-6 weeks; Neal has broken foot

Penguins head coach Dan Bylsma has confirmed that center Jordan Staal will be sidelined for 4-6 weeks due to a left knee injury. Yesterday, we reported that team sources believed Staal had a grade 2/3 MCL sprain based on early evaluation
Meanwhile, the Penguins were dealt another blow.

Left winger James Neal has a broken foot which the team learned about this morning. He is out for weeks and Craig Adams suffered a knee injury in practice
