Pens Recall Eric Tangradi with Dustin Jeffrey set to miss at least next three games

Just two days after getting demoted, Eric Tangradi is back with the big club.

The Penguins have announced that Tangradi has been recalled by the team for tonight's game against the New York Islanders. Centerman Dustin Jeffrey is the latest player to go down with an injury. He will not play tonight or Sunday afternoon against the Rangers. He has been placed on injured reserve to make room for Tangradi.

Jeffrey cannot return until next Thursday.

Tonight, the Penguins will be without Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, Matt Cooke, Chris Kunitz, Arron Asham, Mark Letestu and now Jeffrey.
