Pens still not certain on how severe Dustin Jeffrey's knee injury is

-- Head coach Dan Bylsma provided somewhat of an update on Dustin Jeffrey. Bylsma confirmed that Jeffrey has "knee damage" but is still not certain on the severity of the injury.

Jeffrey has been sidelined since last Thursday night.

As of this weekend, the team had been waiting for the swelling in Jeffrey's knee to go down before conducting an MRI. Jeffrey was able to have the MRI yesterday but further examination is needed to reveal the exact nature of the injury, according to Bylsma. It doesn't sound good...
