Pittsburgh 10 – Baltimore 3

The Pittsburgh Pirates (1-2) had 17 hits in a 10-3 victory over the Baltimore Orioles on Monday night at Ed Smith stadium in Sarasota, Fla.
Matt Hague continues his hot start to spring training going 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI’s.
Hague helped pave the way for the win and the team also got big nights from Alex Presley who went 3-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs scored, and top outfield prospect Starling Marte also added three hits, going 3-for-3 with two runs scored.
Josh Harrison had an RBI double in the win.
Jo-Jo Reyes (1-0, 0.00 ERA) got the start and allowed one unearned run (error by Starling Marte) in 1 2/3 innings. He allowed three hits and struck out two.
Next Up: The Pirates will face the New York Yankees on Tuesday at 1:05 p.m.
RHP Kevin Correia will start for the Pirates against Yankees ace C.C. Sabathia.
Daniel McCutchen, Chris Resop, Tony Watson, Doug Slaten, Chris Leroux, Ryota Igarashi and Juan Cruz are also scheduled to pitch.
