The Pittsburgh Pirates today recalled catcher Jason Jaramillo from Triple-A Indianapolis and placed catcher Ryan Doumit on the disabled list with a concussion.
Jaramillo went 6-for-17 (.353 average) with a double and four RBI in five games with Indianapolis before being recalled by the Pirates.
