Just spoke to a source on the scene, Marc Andre Fleury will start in goal for Pittsburgh. Dan Bylsma indicated yesterday he wasn't sure which direction he was going to go.

Weather Concerns: There is serious doubt that tomorrow afternoon's game against the Washington Capitals will start at 12:00 p.m., or even be played.
Flying into the area is going to be at a complete stop. Washington D.C. is expected to have over two feet of snow. Pittsburgh will stay at an undetermined location outside of Washington D.C and are hopeful to get into DC by bus or train
With the game being nationally televised, there is a lot of pressure for this game to happen before 3:30 p.m., but with much of the Pittsburgh area without power and the same likely to happen in the DC area, T.V. ratings will be low to begin with.
However, safety for the fans, players, staff, ect, has to come first and the game being nationally televised should have no barring into any decision.
The NHL will be the ones who make the final call.
