Jason LaCanfora of the NFLnetwork reports, the NFL has confirmed that Baltimore's Jameel McClain's helmet to helmet hit on Heath Miller is under review by the NFL and that McClain will be fined for the hit.
Miller suffered a concussion on the hit as he was a defenseless receiver and McClain delivered a blow to Miller's head several seconds after the ball bounced off Miller's hands.
There was no penalty on the play.
