According to the Denver Post, OLB Elvis Dumervil has signed with the Baltimore Ravens, agreeing to a multi-year deal, per the report.
Dumervil picked the Ravens over the Broncos. Pittsburgh looked into Dumervil but were not a finalist for him.
Dumervil’s deal is expected to average around $6.5 million per season in the first two years. Overall, Dumervil’s deal comes out to 5 years, $35 million with a cap hit of just $2.5 million in 2013.
The Dumervil signing kills any chance of James Harrison becoming a Raven. Harrison was scheduled to visit the Ravens on Monday and he has found little to no suitors on the open market.
