Adam Schefter of ESPN.com, reports Oakland Raiders kick Sebastian Janikowski will sign a four-year, $16 million contract that includes $9 million in guaranteed money.
The deal will make Janikowski the NFL's highest paid kicker.
Janikowski was 26-for-29 on field goals in 2009.

Whether this deal impacts negotiations between the Steelers and Jeff Reed remains to be seen.
As of last week, sources close to Jeff Reed were optimistic that a deal would be agreed upon before the end of the scouting combine as the belief is that the Steelers are prepared to offer $2.25-$2.45 million per season.
Reed made $1.35 million last season and the Steelers offered $1.75 million over four years, prior to the regular season opener that was declined.
Don Henderson, Jeff Reed's Atlanta based agent, is meeting with Steelers representatives on Friday of this week.
