• The Pittsburgh Steelers this morning announced their four captains. Ben Roethlisberger, offense, Troy Polamalu, defense, Shaun Suisham, special teams, and Robert Golden, special teams. Golden is a captain for the first time and has become a trusted member of the special teams unit under special teams coach Danny Smith. Surprisingly this is the first time Troy Polamalu has been named a captain
