Sidney Crosby will not have surgery on wrist

According to the Penguins, Sidney Crosby will not have surgery on his right wrist. The Penguins released the following statement:
“After seeking additional medical advice, doctors have decided not to perform surgery on Sidney Crosby’s wrist. Sid will continue treatments and be evaluated regularly while he prepares for training camp in September.”
The Post-Gazette reported last week Crosby was scheduled to have arthroscopic surgery on his right wrist.
