The Pittsburgh Steelers have scheduled a visit with Wake Forest cornerback Brandon Ghee, according to a league source.
The Steelers will begin conducting visits with draft prospects next week. They are allowed to conduct visits with 30 prospects.
Ghee who has several visits set up following his pro-day next week, has 1st round talent and is regarded by most scouts as a potential 2nd-to-early 3rd round pick.
A three year starter at Wake Forest, Ghee (6ft0 – 192lbs) is a tremendous cover corner with elite size and speed. Ghee ran a 4.45 forty-yard dash at the combine, which ranked 1st among cornerbacks.
Ghee’s character off the field fits the kind of players the Steelers target in the draft as he is a well educated person and extremely hard worker.

Ghee is a physical corner and was considered a future star after his sophomore season. A concern with Ghee is that he regressed as a junior and senior.
Has tremendous physical skills but the physical skills didn’t always meet the production which is a reason Ghee is no longer a 1st round value.
However, he’s a very intriguing player for the Steelers.
